Civil Procedure Rules (“CPR”) Amendments

The 52nd update to the CPR is due to come into force on 30 April 2010. An amendment to Part 55 Possession Claims will require the claimant to notify a registered proprietor of a registered charge where a residential mortgage possession claim is started under Part 55 of the CPR.
