BIS publishes advice on cyber-security for businesses

The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) has published advice to businesses on how to maximise cyber-security within their operations. The advice sets out the risks that a business may encounter when transacting via the Internet, and how those risks can be minimised.

The guidance includes a risk assessment sheet for senior management and a document setting out 10 steps to achieve cyber-security. The guidance also includes case studies to try to make the risks practically relevant to businesses.
