About Andrew
Andrew is a Partner and Joint Head of Asset Based Lending Litigation in our Banking & Finance team. Andrew is a commercial litigator with a particular focus on fraud investigations, asset recovery and tracing claims for asset based lenders, banks and other financial institutions. Andrew also regularly undertakes actions against clients and former clients of asset based lenders, banks and other financial institutions, including guarantors and indemnifiers. In addition, Andrew has experience in the investigation and prosecution of employee fraud.
Andrew has undertaken a number of secondments with receivables financiers and has recently returned from a 9 month secondment with Barclays Bank Plc working within their asset and sales finance division. As a result, Andrew has a clear insight into the day-to-day operation of companies within the receivables financing industry and understands the demands and challenges faced by its members.
Andrew also lectures regularly to members of the Asset Based Finance Association and provides bespoke training to asset based lenders, banks and financial institutions on key issues relating to fraud, fraud prevention and taking and enforcing personal security.
