About Harriet

Harriet practises as a commercial litigator with experience of complex, high value, multi-jurisdictional litigation, often including allegations of breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and fraud related claims.

Harriet specialises in Professional Indemnity claims, acting for a spectrum of lender and private clients in Professional Negligence actions, predominately against Solicitors and Surveyors. Her experience extends to pursuing breach of trust claims, managing complex title rectification work, as well as pursuing alternative innovative methods to seek recovery for her clients. Harriet is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association and has delivered presentations at the Council for Mortgage Lenders conference as well as had articles published in national trade periodicals.

Harriet has particular experience in EU Procurement law acting for local authorities and bidder companies advising on both a contentious and non-contentious basis in relation to procurement exercises.

Harriet also specialises in providing litigation support to the Technology, Media and Telecoms team at Matthew Arnold and Baldwin, in connection with telecoms disputes.

Harriet joined as a solicitor in June 2011 from Eversheds LLP where she also completed her training contract.
