Joe specialises in landlord and tenant and investment property within the Real Estate department. Joe has particular expertise in selling investment property, which often includes occupation tenants, giving him a great deal of experience in landlord and tenant matters.
Joe is property client partner for Watford Community Housing Trust and Europcar UK Limited and deals with all of their commercial property needs. He has acted for a number of well known banks in connection with various property transactions and provided general advice to them.
Additionally, Joe also provides property support to the firm’s Corporate department on transactions. His clients include Watford Community Housing Trust, Watford Grammar School, Europcar UK Limited, Svenska Handelsbanken, AB (publ), Spectrum Interactive Limited, Ariel Communications Ltd, Allied Irish Bank and Aspin Foundations Limited.
