Jonathan Sachs

Jonathan heads our Professional Indemnity service to our extensive banking and lending clients. He has 20 years of extensive experience in this area of work and is known for his innovative and costs saving approach to Dispute Resolution. Jonathan is also a leading solicitor in Commercial Litigation, Civil Fraud and Real Estate Litigation, being one of the few lawyers outside the Magic or silver circle to appear in the International list of BestLawyers(R) recommended by the American Bar for civil litigators. He has a cooperative and friendly approach to Dispute Resolution but with a steely approach when necessary. In addition to domestic litigation Jonathan has international experience in both Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, USA and recently in the Indian sub continent and Africa.
