Krishna Santra Associate

Krishna qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined Matthew Arnold and Baldwin in April 2005 from Davies Lavery in Kent. Her practice covers all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment work. Krishna advises a range of clients from companies to senior executives. Her recent reported cases involve one of the first on religious discrimination Chahal v Watford Racial Equality Commission. More recently she has acted for employers and employees involved in High Court injunctions concerning the enforcement of restrictive covenants. She has been involved in advisory work involving large scale redundancies involving trade unions and advising on compensation for senior female employees with sex discrimination issues.
