Madeleine joined Matthew Arnold and Baldwin on qualification in September 2006, having previously trained at Tollers Solicitors in Northamptonshire. Madeleine deals with all aspects of commercial property work with a particular expertise in landlord and tenant and investment work.
Madeleine often provides support to the firm’s corporate department assisting on the property side of corporate transactions.
Madeleine also acts for a number of banks including Clydesdale, RBS and HSBC, in connection with various property transactions.
Madeleine is heavily involved in the property work Matthew Arnold and Baldwin carry out for Watford Community Housing Trust, dealing with their portfolio of commercial property.
Madeleine is a member of Woman in Property and was made an associate in April 2012.
