Maria is a long standing key member of the residential conveyancing team. Having been one of the founders of the New Homes Department, she now specialises predominantly in residential property transactions, acting on behalf of private individuals in connection with their sales and purchases and other property related matters. She has a good working relationship with estate agents and brokers both locally and further afield and deals with property transactions throughout the Country.
