Rebecca Fox

Rebecca qualified as a solicitor with Matthew Arnold and Baldwin in 2008 having undertaken her training contract with the Firm and having worked in the employment department for the final 12 months of her training contract. Rebecca provides advice on all aspects of employment law including advising and drafting employment contracts and HR policies, advising on employer and employee disputes relating to unfair dismissal, all forms of discrimination and redundancy management. She also advises employers and employees in relation to all matters arising from termination of the employment relationship.
