Richard deals with all aspects of Commercial Property and Town & Country Planning work including sales and leases (including multi-million pound sites), commercial estate development, acquisition of sites and sales of factory, office and warehouse units and the sale and purchase of licensed premises, restaurants and hotels. His Town & Country planning work incorporates Planning and Enforcement Appeals and District Plan work, and advocacy.
