Commercial Developers
Here at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin we have many years experience in acting for developers both large and small for residential and commercial development.
The property department has a variety of lawyers with complementary skills that ensures the right level of partner, solicitor or legal executive is assigned to each case. In larger matters we form a team within the department that is dedicated to that client’s work. This ensures there is depth of skill and knowledge as well as sufficient numbers to cope with even the most demanding project. Cross departmental teams are also formed under the leadership of a client partner when more than property law skills are required.
Our aim is to ensure that we understand your commercial objectives and that we achieve them. The need for speed is understood and we rarely have a difficulty in meeting clients’ expectations. Apart from the ability to handle the work, we understand that helping your business is as much about personalities as paperwork. We are used to building close relationships with clients and their staff and are always happy to attend meetings at your offices, on site or at other locations.
