Ideally, we’re consulted at an early stage of any risk situation, and when acting for lenders and creditors we review recoveries options, advise on enforcement processes and help with restructuring facilities. We have strong relationships with insolvency experts ranging from sole practitioners to the ‘big four’ accountancy firms, as well as with other relevant business and finance professionals. We also routinely review and enforce security and act for directors, advising on issues affecting them personally, including disqualification actions.
