Regrettably from time to time some of our clients find themselves the victims of fraud by their own employees.

As part of our fraud loss recovery scheme, in such cases, we can:-

• Liaise with the police
• Assist in preparation of statements and documents to assist in any prosecution.
• Trace monies where appropriate with a view to taking pre-emptive action
• Instigate recovery proceedings.
• Enforce any resulting Judgment by obtaining Charging Orders or other security.

The key to successful recovery under our fraud loss scheme is speed. Our service is run by experienced members of our Fast Track Team with extensive experience and great track records in recovering losses resulting from fraud.

We recognise that some cases are hopeless. Where the police are unable to identify the fraudster, we know that solicitors will have little prospects. However, not all cases are hopeless and unlike the police whose role is to obtain a conviction, ours is to maximise recovery. By offering our service on a commission basis and on no-win no fee, we eliminate the element of risk for our clients.
