Children’s Issues

We deal with all legal issues that concern provision for children as a result of divorce or death. These include issues such as Private Law Children Act applications, to include applications to remove from the jurisdiction, international child abduction and leave to remove applications. Our specialist team also advises on financial claims for children including claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act seeking housing and other capital resources necessary to maintain the children of unmarried couples.

We also have expertise in cases involving the placement and legal custody arrangements of children following the death of either one or both parents.
