Our corporate team has significant experience in transactional and non-transactional work for quoted corporates, institutions and across the spectrum of private companies and owner-managed businesses. We advise acquisitve groups of companies, selling and buying shareholders and funders (High Street Banks and private funders) on mergers and acquisitions work, management buyouts and buy-ins and have advised on a number of capital reductions.
We also have expertise in joint venture work, shareholders agreements, corporate constitutional documents, advice to shareholders and to directors in relation to their duties and corporate governance and regularly advise corporate entities on financing, share issues and buy backs and restructuring.
