If you are having trouble with your tenants, our team can help with issues including portfolio management, lease renewals, dilapidations claims and other freeholder or leaseholder disputes during the currency of leases and on termination of occupation as well as land law matters such as adverse possession and restrictive covenants. Leasehold Enfranchisement, acting for both lessors and lessees, is also a growing area of expertise.

We also deal with a substantial number of insolvency-related property matters acting for and against receivers, liquidators and administrators. With experience in the Court process, we always aim to look to dispute resolution to resolve issues as appropriate. We also have substantial experience in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal on enfranchisement matters, in the Lands Tribunal and before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry.
