From the perspective of the managers, an MBO is likely to be very challenging and time consuming and our experience allows us to guide managers through the process so as to make it as stress-free as possible.
Buy-outs are commonly funded by venture capital investment or bank debt finance and our Corporate Team frequently advises banks and other providers of equity finance on the banking and finance aspects of such transactions.
